Gullett of Harrod, OH; his children, Ethan Gullett of Harrod, OH, Savannah Gullett of Harrod, OH and Evelyn Gullett of Harrod, OH; his mother Anna Gullett of Harrod, OH; his sisters, Amanda Cerda (Chris) of Tipp City, OH and Heather Jones of Uniopolis, OH; and his mother-in-law Melody Caudill of Lima, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
