He was predeceased by: his father Richard C. Rice. He is survived by: his mother Shirley B. Rice (Burns); and his siblings, Pamela Reed (Bill Lewis), Cindy Kohler (Phil), Jeffrey Rice and Todd Rice (Rosemary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
