He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin and Kathlyn; his daughter Kim Davis; and his siblings, David Campbell and Susie Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Brian (Susan), Jeff and Shawn (Lisa); his son-in-law Scott Davis; and his grandchildren, Erin Nash (Seth), Alison Bucklin (Joel), Taylor Merten (Chase), Landon Davis (Emily), Dillon Davis, James Campbell and Francis Campbell. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
