He was predeceased by: his father Roy Eugene; and his siblings, Thomas and Diana Howell. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Howell (Shannon), Matthew Howell (Leslie) and Rachel King (King); his grandchildren, Riley, Teigen, Gabriel, Harper, Wes and Aerisa; his former wife Janice Lynn Howell; his mother-in-law Janice Wiebelt; and his siblings, Janice, Patricia Runyon, James, Richard (Pam) and Kathy Flohr. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
