He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carter and Beatrice Carter (Weisenstine); and his daughter Bethann Marie Carter. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Carter; his daughter Bonnie Miller (Jim); his grandson Jesse James Miller; and his siblings, Sandra Leith (Harold) and John Brent Carter (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Absolute Hospice or Altercare of Hartville.
