He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cooper and Kathleen Cooper (Carter); his brother David Cooper; and his stepson David Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Cooper (Hockenberry); his son Todd Cooper (Beth); his grandchildren, Christian, Ember Leigh Cooper, Casey, Allison, Matthew, David Shaffer, Jaxon, Aaron, Brady Monnard, Christopher Osborne, Alice, Timothy and PJ Osborne; his sister Sheryl of Pittsburgh; and his niece Jessica. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
