He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fox and Ruby Kouts (Petry). He is survived by: his fiancé Brigett Ivie; his children, Kayla Kouts (Nicole), Katrina Caudill (Kouts), Adam Caudill, Jessica (Patrick Robbins) and Alex (Rae Ivie); his grandchildren, Sophia, Liam, Bennett, Forrest and Stella; his brothers, Michael Kouts, David Kouts, Keith (Rhonda Kouts), John (Betty Kouts) and Joshua Kouts (Jermaine Flowers); his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Joshua, Tyler, Chloe, Bethany and Jody; and his former wife Heather Johnson (Kouts). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses, and to carry on Joe's Ice-Cream Fund in his memory.
