She is survived by: her husband Don Shartzer of Haviland, OH; her children, Ross Shartzer (Annie) of Van Wert, OH, Nathan Shartzer (Tina) of Bryan, OH, Travis Shartzer (Libby) of Van Wert, OH, Ryan Shartzer of Paulding, OH, Donald "Sam" Shartzer, Jr. (Kelly) of Botkins, OH and Megan Thrasher (Jason) of Briceton, OH; her brothers, Joseph Ferguson (Shanda) of Dupont, OH, Charles Ferguson (Jeri) of Defiance, OH and Phillipines; and her stepsisters, Barb Landers (Steve) of Grover Hill, OH, Karen Bidlack of Cecil, OH and Arlene Gilbert of Van Wert, OH. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Den Herder Funeral Home (1000 W Wayne St, Paulding, OH 45879). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
