He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Geneva Beatrice Welch (Wistner); and his siblings, Dana, James, Geneva, Jacqueline, Sarah and Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Beatriz (Sepulveda); his children, Steve Welch, Christine Martin, Janice Diehl and Brenda Harris; and his brother George Welch. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Middle Creek Cemetery (21031 Rd 48, Grover Hill, OH 45849).
