She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Milligan; her parents, Donald Klingler and Minnie Klingler; and her siblings, Bob Cowans, Carolyn Lindimore, Roberta Eveland and Patricia Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Potter (Terry), Joyce Nadolson (Criss), Mike Milligan (Jana), Casey Milligan (Sandy) and Bruce Milligan (Beth); and her brother Thomas Klingler. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hebron New Life Church.
