He is survived by: his son Trevor Thomas (Haeily Trevino); his fiancée Diana June; his sisters, Maryann Harvey (Raymond), Faye McKnight and Pamela Payette (Josh); and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Harvey (Jannie), Tiffany Harvey, Patricia Bradley (Rich), Shalona McKnight, Tequila McKnight (Angie Smith), Tori Hazlette, Bayleigh Hazlette, Carl Rose II, Micheal Rose (Pauline), Kimberlee Hughes (John) and Courtnie Bullock.
