She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer R. Collins and Annabelle Collins Hall (Hoadley); her husband Paul K. Swartz; her children, Harry, Paul and Georgiana; her grandson Austin Swartz; and her stepbrothers, Kenny and Donald Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Cecelia Perkins, Ethyl Louise Spencer, Ray Swartz and Rosemary Stout. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
