She was predeceased by: her father James Scotty Whiteside. She is survived by: her husband Harley Whittington; her children, Haylee Elizabeth Whittington of Newark and Parker James "Jimmy" Whittington (Nellie) of Newark; her grandchildren, Jayce, Kairi and Phelix; her mother Jane A. Whiteside (Siegle) of Newark; her brother John; her sister-in-law June Whiteside of Newark; her mother-in-law Mary Elizabeth Whittington (Burchard); her siblings-in-law, Anna Gates of Newark, Mary Joe Norman of Newark and William Whittington of Utica; her niece Amberlynn Murphy; her close friends, Harriett Wood and Jerri Bachmann; and her nephew Scotty Whiteside. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
