He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Lewis and Lillian Lewis (Greene); his siblings, Betty Darlene, Mary Kay, Stephen and Terry; his daughter Lisa McDaniel; and his father-in-law George Gutridge.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lewis (Gutridge); his children, Jeff Lewis (Sharon), Jenna Stamper (Tony) and Jay Lewis; his grandchildren, Megan, Dylan, Hunter, Isabella, Annalyse, Gabrielle, Kristen and Delaney; and his great grandchildren, Jenna, Elle and Wrenleigh.
