He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvin Walker and Bertha Lee Walker; and his brother Jack E. Walker. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Walker (Cooksey); his daughters, Julie Stickrod (Brian) and Amy Rice (Todd); his grandchildren, Brandon Rice, Ella Stickrod and Grace Stickrod; his great grandchild Kairi; his siblings, Pamela Walker and Dick Walker (Juanita); his brother-in-law Steve Cooksey (Bonnie); and his niece Jackie Walker Rice. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and his racing family.

Memorial contributions can be made in Tom's name to Dirt Racing Outreach, 4920 Raccoon Valley Drive, Knoxville, TN 37938.
