She was predeceased by: her father James R. Donley; and her daughter Jessica Sue Donley. She is survived by: her mother Cynthia Donley (Dunlap); her husband Al Mathews; her sons, John Maynard, Sam Maynard, Mike Donley, Robert Donley and Jason Mathews; her siblings, Dennis Donley, James R. Donley, III, Susan Donley, Barbara Peckham and Melissa Feddiman (Gary); and her grandchildren, Anthony, Ashtyn, Ruquia Honey, Hannah, Ryah, Mustafa, Muhammad, Briannah, Makayla, Xaviar, Lincoln, Adeline and Colsen.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (1850 W Main St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (1850 W. Main Street, Newark).
