He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale G. Church and Margaret Church (Cain). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Church; and his daughter Katie L. Houghton (Josh).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A masonic service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brucker & Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055).
