With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Harold Vernon Keckley of Hebron, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Harold left this world on October 18, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Leslie Keckley and May Lilly Keckley; his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Kay (Stimmel); his son Brad; and his siblings, Edna White, Faye Carpenter, Harry Keckley, Dwight Keckley, Hazel Harvey and Ruth Elliott.
He is survived by: his children, Kris Keckley (Lori) and Shonda Cline (Tim); his grandchildren, Danielle (Clemmie), Tyler (Amy), Tanner (Abby), Kaylynn, Ryan, Trevor, Emily and Olivia; his great grandchildren, McKennon, Hadley, Alivia and Trea; and his brother Harvey Keckley (Jo).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A masonic service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service (285 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43215). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Millersport United Methodist Church (2310 Refugee St, Millersport, OH 43046).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mike's memory to Honor Flight Columbus, 2233 N. Bank Dr., Columbus, Ohio 43220, to honor his and others' courageous service.
