She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Pierce and Robin Pierce (Thompson); her husband Dustin Penwell; her children, Athena, Aries and Alastor; her siblings, Donavan Cull (Ashley), Ron Pierce, Jr. and Megan Slone; her nieces and nephews, Gibson Foster, Colton Cull and Madison Cull; and her close friends, Megan, Pammy Sue, Darlene and Heather.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Licking Heights Transportation Department, a place that Heather considered her second family, to continue her legacy of care and compassion for children.
