He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Parsell and Alice Parsell; his wife Barbara Parsell (Cochran); and his sister Linda Daugherty. He is survived by : his children, Dick, Laura Neale (Wayne), Tom Parsell (Michelle) and Mary Parsell; his grandchildren, Rick (Jill), Willa Neale, Dani Olivieri (Tristan), Jessi Burke (Christian) and Zach Parsell; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Neale, Esther Sue, Asher Ann Olivieri and Caroline Burke; and his sister Hannah Mitchell (Ron).
