She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hickey and Elizabeth Hickey (McCloud); her husband James Michael "Mike" Byers; and her brothers, Harvey Hickey (Sylvia) and Donny Hickey (Sheila).
She is survived by: her children, Michael, Shelly Thompson (Scott), Monte, Brian (Brandi) and Justin (Brandi). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
