He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Campbell and Inez Stoltz Campbell; and his grandson David Keirns. He is survived by: his wife Tammie R. Losey Campbell of Hebron; his children, Miranda Lane (Jared) of Heath, Scott (Jacqueline) of Broussard, LA and Shane of Wheelersburg; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Mark, Jacob and Morgan; and his brother Wayne Campbell of New Lexington.
