He is survived by: his mother Sheila J. Madaras (Zickefoose) of Pemberville; his wife Cassy; his children, Paisley and Maverick Madaras; his siblings, Lisa Miller (Tim) of Elida, OH and Ryan Wentz of Fostoria; his stepsiblings, Angela Meyer and Benjamin Meyer; and his parents-in-law, Lisa Busch and Dale Busch (Jeni). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
