She is survived by: her mother Ruth Helen Baldwin of Helena; her sons, Brennan Hornyak (Ashley) of Woodville and Nicholas Hornyak of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Sullivan Hornyak and Aiden Hornyak; and her brothers, Brett Kachenmeister of Gibsonburg, James Rodd (Susan) of Cincinnati and Steven Rodd (Corrina) of Fremont.
