He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wells and Chloe Wells (Ames); his wife Marvis Wells; his siblings, Genniel Steinmetz (Jim) and Rollind Wells (Claryce); his grandson Justin Mumy; and his brother-in-law Donald Davies.
He is survived by: his children, Robert L. Wells (Tracy) of Fremont, Pamela K. Luc (Thomas) of Fremont, Allen N. Wells (Angela) of McCormick, SC, Nancy A. Lipstraw (Jim) of Lindsey and Cindy Parker (Jeff) of Castalia; his grandchildren, Chris Wells (Lena), Lindsay Centofanti (Steve), Derek Wells (Katelynn), Andrew Luc, Megan Binner (Adam), Shannon Bass (Greg), David Pardo, Alison Schauman (Will), Renee (Katherine), Steven Lipstraw (James), Nichole Kocsis (Evan), Megan Keegan (Danny Green), Haley Hipp (Adam) and Kacey Vetomskie (Jordan); and his sister Ruth Davies of Gibsonburg. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
