She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Bass and Amanda Bass (Sharp); and her siblings, Martin, Paul, Dale, Warren Bass, Joyce Gibson and Kay Bass.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Mansfield; her children, Lisa McCoy, Wendy Delventhal (Todd) and Paul Mansfield (Kim); and her sisters, Jewel Kurtz and LaDonna Juleen Crawford. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Noon. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fremont Church of the Nazarene (1925 N 5th St, Fremont, OH 43420).
Memorials can be made in Faith's honor to the Fremont Church of the Nazarene.
