She was predeceased by : her parents, Dallas Cook and Garcia Cook (Crabill); her husband Thurman L. J. Middaugh; and her son Bradley Middaugh. She is survived by : her sons, Howard Middaugh of Auburn, Ronnie Middaugh of Hicksville and Danny Middaugh.
