She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Smith and Flossie Smith (Brantley); her husband Floyd B. "Chuck" Gorrell; her nephew Lowell Barbee; and her nieces, Carol Young and Barbara Stewart.
She is survived by: her family Gorrell Bros; her sister Dorothy Lovelace of Stryker, Ohio; her nieces, Denise Klinepeter (Denny) of Grand Rapids and Annette Anders (Jeff) of Stryker, Ohio; and her extended family, Larry and Janice Poth of Hicksville.
