She is survived by: her children, Dawn Ish (James), Dusty Powell and Charles Powell II (Nikki Parsons); her grandchildren, Summer Bell (Bryan), Maxwell and Logun Ish; her siblings, Jack Cox of Fort Wayne, IN. and Marlene Stoddard (Tootie) of Fort Wayne, IN.; and her close friends, Sandy Fellers (Jim) of Hicksville, OH. and Ruth Miller (Darrell) of Harland, IN..
