Hetrick of Hicksville; his daughters, Sheryl Vetter (Dennis) of Hicksville and Tammy Silcott (Bruce) of Hicksville; his grandchildren, Alyssa Harbaugh (Rob), Whitney Paustian (Lee), Eric Vetter (Aubrey), Tori Silcott and Brandon Silcott; and his great grandchildren, Anastasia, Kinsley, Matthew, Theodore, Lucy and Vivian.
