She is survived by: her husband Floyd A. Ballinger of Hicksville, Ohio; her children, Sherry Kneubuhler (David) of Harlan, Monty Ballinger (Lisa) of Hicksville and Dana Ballinger (Julie) of Hicksville, Ohio; and her brother Phillip Miller of Mark Center, Ohio..
