He was predeceased by: his father Tommie J. Hawkey; and his sister Mary Jayne Wann. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis "Perky" Hawkey (Elliot) of Hicksville, Ohio; his wife Terria Hawkey of Hicksville, Ohio; his daughters, Jaclyn Byanski (Jeffrey) of Hicksville and Michelle Elston of Hicksville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Dezrin Streeter, Cameron Byanski, CJ Elston, Ashton Streeter, Tayla Streeter and Emily Byanski; and his siblings, Gary Hawkey, Doug Hawkey, Jo Daeger, Brenda Bigger and Kelvin Hawkey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
