We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025 we had to say goodbye to David Ellis Updike of Higginsport, Ohio. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of David Ellis Updike to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Updike and Anna Mae Updike; and his sisters, Carol Carrington and Jackie Gabb. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his sons, Michael (Susan) and Gregory (Erika); his grandchildren, Lydia, Mason, Roux, Madeleine, Gabrielle, Charlotte and Grant; and his brother Jimmy Updike.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home (1011 S 2nd St, Ripley, OH 45167). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to the Higginsport Christian Church.
