He is survived by: his wife Deborah McKenzie (Ward); his daughter Lisa Chaparro (William) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandson Trever McKenzie of Cincinnati; and his siblings, Roy "June" McKenzie of Ripley, Brenda Arnold (William) of Williamsburg, Beverly Haitz (Johnny) of Ripley and Kathy Rice of Ripley, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
