We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 84, William Robert Shepherd of Higginsport, Ohio, born in Williamsburg, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Shepherd and Elizabeth Shepherd (Howell); and his sister Ruthie Hewitt. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Morris Shepherd; and his children, Annette, Lori, Scott, Karen, Mark, Chris, Kris, Jason and Tayah. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
