He was predeceased by: his stepfather Howard Cope; his grandfather Charles Maines (Elieen); his aunts and uncles, Thomas Duty, Jimmy Maines, Rosemary Campbell and Carol Cundiff; and his cousins, Caroline Campbell, Charles, Jerry Wayne Cundiff and Mark.
He is survived by: his mother Cathy Maines Cope; his children, Nathan, Owen Maines and Leeah Maines; and his brother David Swaw (Michelle). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
