Lockhart (McNeilan); his stepfather Henry Schmauch of West Union; his siblings, Betty Mahr (William) of Columbus, Lance Lockhart of California and Huey Lockhart of Peebles; and his siblings-in-law, Geneva Dickson (John), Harold McNeilan (Louise) of West Union, Lawrence McNeilan (Hazel) of West Union and Bobby McNeilan of West Union.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cassandra "Casey" Daniel (Calvin) of West Union, Angela "Angie" Bender (Jeremy) of Blue Creek and Stephanie "Nikki" Puckett of West Union; his grandchildren, Brandon Daniel (Courtney) of West Union, Kayla Bender of Blue Creek and Lindsey Shirley (Tanner) of West Union; his great grandchildren, Whalen, Clayton and Claire Daniel; and his siblings, Elizabeth Riddell of Peebles, Carla Polley (DeWayne) of Maysville, Kentucky, Sheridan Lockhart (Patty) of Peebles and Jimmy Schmauch (Tina) of West Union. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
