She was predeceased by: her husband F. Joseph Kembitzky; her parents, Glen Jackson and Josephine Jackson; her sister Linda Eubanks; her son F. Joseph Kembitzky; and her son-in-law Bud Wayman.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Ecker, Stephanie Smith (Thomas), Marsha Wayman, Elizabeth Perry (Jack) and Greg Kembitzky (Kimberle); her brother-in-law Butch Eubanks; and her grandchildren, Aaron, Natalie, Jessica, Heather, Jacqueline, Sara, Courtney and Kate. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
