She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford S. Graham and Clara L. Graham (Goodrich); her son Edward Welch; and her brothers, Charles Graham and Clifford Graham.

She is survived by: her husband Alexander Ruiz of Hilliard; her niece Kimberley Fyffe; her great-nephew Anthony Fyffe; her son Steven Welch of Columbus; her stepsons, John Ruiz of Columbus and Edward Ruiz of Columbus; her daughter-in-law Erin Welch of Hilliard; her grandchildren, Tyler, Trey, Trent and Stevie; her stepgrandchildren, Ellen and Adam; her siblings, Vaughn Graham (Teresa) of Mansfield, Vernon Graham (Cindy) of Willard and Lois Davis (Gary) of Arizona; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Seimer of Columbus. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
