She is survived by: her sons, David Hoffman (Teresa) of Galloway, Gary Hoffman (Dina) of London and Michael Hoffman (Jaime) of Hilliard; her siblings-in-law, Larry Hoffman (Judy) of Hilliard and Ruth Ann Hoffman of Hilliard; her grandchildren, Robert Hoffman (Amelia), Garrett Hoffman, Andrew Hoffman, Alyssa Hoffman, Eli Hoffman and Mollie Hoffman; and her nieces, Kim Kurbanick (Mike), Julie Hoffman, Joyce Durban and Debbie Clouse. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
