He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Rose Mary Longerbone. He is survived by: his parents, James H. Longerbone and Ann M. Schmidt (Blair); his siblings, Mark Longerbone (Marie) and Elizabeth Longerbone; and his stepbrother Theo Schmidt (Cathie).
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mount Carmel College of Nursing (127 S Davis Ave, Columbus, OH 43222).
