He is survived by: his fiancée Jennifer Funkhouser of Groveport; his daughter Alexis Jane Kennedy of Hilliard; his brothers, Michael Kennedy of Columbus, Darin Kennedy of Columbus and Chad Kennedy (Mary) of Hilliard; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Thomas of Hilliard, Isabella Kay Kennedy of Hilliard and Abigail Elizabeth Kennedy of Hilliard; and his aunts and uncles, Baird Borders (Judy) of London and Elizabeth Kennedy of Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of David to the Hilliard Baseball Association or any organization that supports youth sports.
