He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith and Ruby Smith; and his brother Douglas Smith. He is survived by: his children, Ryan David Smith (Arta) and Jeffrey Scott Smith (Courteney); his brother Dennis Smith (Kathy); his sister-in-law Michele Smith; and his aunt Joan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
