It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delorise Wheeler of Hilliard, Ohio, born in Logan, Ohio, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Howdyshell and Edith Howdyshell; her sisters, Mary Embree and Ellen Lehman; and her husband Robert H. Wheeler.

She is survived by : her former life partner John Carl Graham; her daughter Mariellen Jennifer McGough of Sherman; and her niece Mary Evelyn Embree (Mimi). She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many other family members.

In lieu of flowers, Jean would have appreciated donations to Save the Manatee (savethemanatee.org).
