He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Margaret A. Rowan; his brother Gregory Chester; and his son Dewayne Williams, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta T. Williams; his daughters, Victoria Shelton (Danny), Analiza T. Traub (Howard) and Michelle T. Williams; his grandchildren, Jake Shelton, Jessica Shelton, Howard Traub IV and Aiden Traub; his sisters, Beth Ann Chester and Angelique "Cynthia" Lalonde; his nephew Jeff Jenkins; and his brother-in-law Joven Torres. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
