She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Janeczek and Norma Janeczek (Lambert); her husband Eugene Raymond Chappell, Sr.; her son Eugene Raymond Chappell, Jr.; her siblings, Carolyn J. Porter and Walter F. Janeczek; and her nieces, Cindy Porter and Lori Mae Todd.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley Davis (Matt), Amy Powell (Chris), Alli Baucum, Ericca Chappell (Bailey) and Noah Chappell; her great grandchildren, Ashton, Ziloh, Savannah, Amelia and Dash; and her brothers, Joe Janeczek (Cyndi) and Tim Janeczek (Barb).
