He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleatis DeLong and Malta DeLong (King); his former wife Faye DeLong (Woolum); his daughter Jodi Bittinger; his granddaughter Jennifer Bittinger; his siblings, Darrel DeLong, Woody DeLong and Sandy Horch; his wife Bernadine DeLong (Wilson); his children, Buck DeLong (Mel) and Sheri DeLong; his grandchildren, Rob Kurtz (Gail), Tony Kurtz (Erin) and Sonja Nunamaker (Todd); and his sister Rita DeLong. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren children, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
