He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Bush and Margart Verone Bush (Kish). He is survived by: his wife Miriam A. Bush (Scott); his sons, George R. Bush (Michelle Horn), Craig Bush (Vickie Chaney), Todd Bush (Becky Schneider), Matthew Bush and Michael Bush (Stacy Reinstetle); and his grandchildren, Adam Bush, Jason Bush, Shane Bush, Sarah Ewald (Bush), Cody Bush, Alyssa Bush, Eric Bush and Aubrey Bush. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
