He is survived by: his wife Debbie Stevens; his stepchildren, Shilowe Long (Amy O'Malley), Leza Holloway (Derrick) and Chloe Long (Doc); his grandchildren, Kai, Kade, Wyatt, Cooper and Maxton; his brothers, John Stevens and Jim; his siblings-in-law, Gale Stevens and Nick Blackstone (Cindy); his niece Kim Rausch (Kent); and his nephews, Lee Stevens (Amanda) and Brad Stevens (Erin).
