He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Rapp and Melda Rapp; his daughter Vicki Lynn; his sister Janet; and his siblings-in-law, Leroy Egbert, Charlie Dillon and Irene Rapp.
He is survived by: his wife Velma; his children, Rick Rapp (Tammy), Becky Montgomery (Steve), Ron Rapp (Bonnie) and Jackie Rapp; his brother Glen Rapp; and his sister-in-law Thelma Dillon.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tidd Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
